A new residential cluster which will include four mid-rise residential buildings within the Dubai Creek Harbour area. The developer of the family-friendly residential complex is the well-known leading development company, Emaar Properties. The multinational company has developed some of Dubai’s most iconic projects, including The Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Fountains and different residential complexes across the city. At the moment the Lotus project is under construction and the estimated date of completion is set to be September 2025.
